kenna designed . . . "write-n-play"

This is the first piece I ever designed. I was given a hypothetical client, who was a child, that needed something to occupy his time with after school. I wanted to incorporate art, education, and physical activity, all vital to a child's development, into one product that created that all encompassing experience. I came up with the idea of creating a playground made of white boards. This way children could run around and play with their friends while drawing and potentially doing homework problems outside. Being only 17 at the time I didn't put too much thought into how this product would be produced or how feasible it was, but I always like to include this in my portfolio because it shows where I started and how I found my love for product design as well as how far I've grown since coming to school
